Booking & Hours
What are your opening hours?+
Zenva is open daily, 12:00–00:00 (noon to midnight).
How do I book?+
Directly via LINE or WhatsApp (both linked throughout the site), by phone at +66 80 262 9191, or through the enquiry form on the homepage and Location page if you’d rather not use a chat app.
Do you accept walk-ins?+
Yes — walk-ins are welcome. We recommend messaging ahead via LINE Official (@zenvaspa) or WhatsApp so we can confirm a room is ready for you.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?+
Cancellations require at least 6 hours' notice. With less than 6 hours' notice, a booking can't simply be cancelled — it will be postponed and rescheduled instead, and a booking may only be rescheduled once.
Is a deposit required to book?+
Zenva requires full payment at the time of booking for all reservations, rather than a partial deposit.
What time should I arrive?+
10–15 minutes before your booked time, so you have a few unhurried minutes to settle in rather than arriving rushed.
Rooms & Capacity
How many guests can share a room?+
Each private room (Bonsai or Sakura) is designed for up to 3 guests, and the room is private to your party for the full booking — no shared space with other guests.
What's the difference between the Bonsai and Sakura rooms?+
Bonsai pairs a hot mineral-salt onsen with a Himalayan salt-wall sauna; Sakura pairs the onsen with a steam room. Both include a separate ice bath for contrast therapy. Full details and pricing are on the Onsen & Spa page.
How long is a session?+
The base room booking is 60 minutes, with additional time available at 1,000+ THB per 15 minutes.
Do I need to bring my own swimwear?+
Yes — swimwear is needed if you'll be using the hot tub or bath, plus a change of clothes for afterward.
Are towels or robes provided?+
Yes — Zenva provides robes and undergarments for your session. You're welcome to bring your own swimwear if you'll be using the hot tub or bath.
Pricing & Membership
What's your price range?+
Zenva's full menu spans 590–7,900 THB, covering everything from standalone treatments through full onsen + spa combinations.
Do you offer membership or credit packages?+
Yes — four tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum). Credits are redeemable across all onsen, spa, and massage services, valid for 12 months from purchase, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Full tier details are on the Membership page.
Do you offer multi-visit bundle passes?+
Yes — Signature Spa and Aromatherapy bundle passes are available for 3, 5, or 10 visits at a discounted per-visit rate. Details are on the Onsen & Spa page.
Health & Safety
Is contrast therapy (hot onsen + ice bath) safe for everyone?+
Contrast bathing is not suitable for everyone. Anyone with a heart condition, who is pregnant, or who has other health concerns should consult a doctor before use.
Is there a minimum age to book?+
Thai HSS regulations do not specify one minimum age for all services. Guests under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision. Access may be restricted based on the guest's age, health, treatment type, and Zenva's own safety assessment.

Do you have parking?+
Yes — parking is available on Zenva's own premises.

Yes — the full site is live in English, Thai, and Chinese.
